Job Description
Ensure technical repairs:
Greet customers and register incoming devices using an ERP tool;
Prepare an accurate diagnosis (smartphones, tablets, and computers) and then provide a quote;
Properly repair various devices according to defined technical standards.
Ensure sales management:
Manage customer relations: listening and striving for customer satisfaction, after-sales service, etc.;
Provide information about our services (in-store, by phone, and by email);
Achieve sales targets (repairs, accessory sales, etc.).
Ensure point-of-sale management:
Day-to-day management of the point of sale (opening/closing, etc.);
Manage the spare parts and accessories inventory (ordering and replenishing).
This is a full-time position – 38 hours/week, including Saturdays. Hours: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Required Profile
Passionate about new technologies with a desire for continuous learning;
Experience in smartphone, tablet, and computer repair preferred;
Dexterous with their hands – meticulous – precise, and a keen eye for clean, neat work;
Punctual – organized – highly motivated – a keen eye for teamwork and a startup atmosphere;
Having an active work plan if possible;
Having a vehicle and a B license;
Able to quickly become independent and able to handle responsibilities;
Able to demonstrate initiative to improve performance;
Able to withstand stress while remaining optimal and efficient;
Calm, diplomatic, and cheerful, with good customer service and a proactive attitude.
Perfect spoken and written knowledge of French is essential; good spoken knowledge of English and Dutch is a definite asset.
